Propylene GlycolAt ChemWorld, we provide different grades of Propylene Glycol. Here is a breakdown of each one:
- Propylene Glycol - 99.9% Pure internally repackaged certified USP grade Propylene Glycol.
When to Use: Smaller volume applications that want Top Grade Propylene Glycol, but do not need the final packaging performed in a class 8 clean room environment.
- Propylene Glycol USP- 99.9% Pure Propylene Glycol USP Kosher.
When to Use: Applications that are using the product directly as a Food or Medical Additive or in Food and Beverage manufacturing facilities that require USP or Kosher certified products.
- Corrosion Inhibited Propylene Glycol - 95% Corrosion Inhibited Propylene Glycol.
When to Use: Water process applications that have iron, copper, low grade stainless steel, etc. and require corrosion protection. Not intended for use in water systems where contact with may with Potable Water or Food is possible.
- Corrosion Inhibited USP grade Propylene Glycol - 95% Corrosion Inhibited USP grade Propylene Glycol.
When to Use: Water process applications that have iron, copper, low grade stainless steel, etc. and require corrosion protection. Intended for use in water systems where contact with Potable Water or Food is possible.
- Industrial Grade Propylene Glycol - 99.9% Propylene Glycol.
When to Use: Use directly in the manufacturing process of non-food product such as Polyester Resins, Engine Coolants, Heat Transfer Fluids, Deicing Compounds, Latex paint, and Antifreezes.
GlycerinChemWorld has two categories of Glycerin. Both are Vegetable Based and meet the certification of a minimum of 99.7% concentration.
- Glycerin USP Kosher - This product has been packaged in a class 8 clean room and is safe for all your beverage, food and medical additive applications. This product is Kosher certified by the orthodox church. USP labeling implies that it conforms to all the legal and certification requirements of USP packaging and manufacturing. Our Vegetable Glycerin is Vegetable based. This product comes in 1, 5, and 55 gallon containers.
- Glycerin - This product is USP grade Glycerin that has been packaged in house and is intended for applications that prefer using USP grade Glycerin, but do not require the final product being packaged in a class 9 clean room. This product is packaged in sizes from 2 oz to 55 gallons.
If you are using your Glycerin for Food, Beverage, or Medical applications, you must use a Glycerin USP product.
