What is Dowfrost Glycol?
Dowfrost is approved for industrial use by the FDA for food and beverage facility applications. Dowfrost is inhibited propylene glycol that is commonly used in chiller, water systems, and glycol systems. Dowfrost corrosion inhibitor will protect all your metallurgy in your water systems, and chillers from corrosion. Dowfrost is a trademark of Dow Chemical. If you do not need USP, purchase just Propylene Glycol or Inhibited Glycol.
How do I mix Dowfrost?
You can directly pump the glycol into the water system and mix with water or for small volume systems it may be injected the means of a by pass feeder.
