Paint Booth Paint Stripper

Non-Methylene Chloride Paint, PowderCoat, Ink, and Adhesive Remover. Multi-metal safe alkaline cold and moderate-heated tank paint stripper. Does not contain methylene chloride or phenol.

ChemWorld SAFE is a single phase, alkaline, non-methylene chloride paint and coating remover with special paint penetration agents..

ChemWorld SAFE was specifically formulated for the removal of epoxies and polyurethane top coats, polydisulfide primers, and today’s new difficult to remove powder coatings. Pretesting of stripping ability on finishes is always advised.

APPLICATION
  • Use as received. Can be heated to 150°F maximum to decrease stripping time. Use with alkaline and solvent resistant tank and equipment.
  • Note: Vapor release can increase as the temperature increases.
  • ChemWorld SAFE recommends floating ChemWorld SAFE Vapor Barrier on top of the tank if the operation is not completely self-contained. This will eliminate most or all solvent odor, reduce fuel usage, and allow, in most cases, a higher more controlled operational temperature.
