1" Stainless Steel Chemical Injection Quill

1" NPT x 1/2" FNPT process side stainless steel chemical injection quills.
  • Internal ceramic ball check valve included.
  • 1" male NPT injector side.
  • 1/2" female NPT chemical injection side. Use this port to install a 1/4" or 3/8" flexible chemical tube or hard pipe.
  • Pressure rated to 3,000 psi.
  • Check valve crack open pressure 10 psi.
  • Temperature rated to 750F.
  • This is a standard quill length of is 2 3/4" (ideal for injecting into a 4" diameter pipe)
  • Models QC-316-100-50FNPT come WITH an internal check valve.
  • Longer injector quills up to 24" in length are available.
  • Stainless Steel 1/2" MNPT and 3/4" MNPT are stocked and ready to ship.
  • 3/8" tubing and 1/2" MNPT x 3/8 OD adapter not included.
