The type of pallet on which the barrels were loaded could not be moved with a pallet jack, which was all the driver had. We had to help hand unload the barrels, which wasn't a problem but could have been if we didn't have three people to help the driver.

Product received fine, but received an email about three weeks later that my order was going to ship.  I called and found out it was a computer problem resubmitting the order.  I just got an invoice two days ago for the shipping from Southern Freight Lines and had to call since it was listed as free shipping.
