No Odor Vanishing Oil

ChemWorld Residual Zero No is a no odor vanishing oil. This product has a flash point of 142F. 100% evaporative with zero film of any kind remaining

You may choose to add additives in the formula. These are both at the lighter end, nearly imperceptible, and simply add light duty lubrication.

Typically used in light duty stamping and as a completely evaporative wipe solvent to remove oil, soluble oils, and soils.

I am stamping galvanized steel, aluminum and painted steel. All relatively light gauge at .019-.063 I am looking for something to lubricate but not be a mess on the finish product. Will the Residual-Zero-NO work for this? Our Chemworld RESIDUAL-ZERO-NO will work fine. Please have a look at the SDS first. This product is evaporative and has a flash point of 142’F. Just need to make sure if you have never used this before. The Residual Zero NO will leave no residue, but if the part is oily prior to stamping, that oil won’t magically disappear (so the residue will be the pre-existent oil).

What is the evaporation time? It's extremely weather sensitive. You could force evaporation in as little as 3-minutes with forced air and a 80’F plant temperature. It could take 30+ minutes in the dead of winter at 60’F.
