well, we had problems with shipping on this product.  fedex lost it the first time and then damaged it the second time.  but chemworld took care of the issues immediately!!  we will use the agin for sure!!

I ordered a pail of Dowfrost HD and chemworld accidentally shipped standard Dowfrost. When I brought this to their attention, they immediately shipped me a pail of the HD at no extra charge. Mistakes happen in every businesses and what sets the best apart is how they handle them. Very happy with their customer service.
