Chemical Injection Corporation Stop Valve

ChemWorld is a distributor of Stainless Steel "retractable" chemical corporation stop valves. Corporation valve advantages are:
  • Lever operated stop eliminates the need for a wrench.
  • Protection chain prevents withdrawal before Corporation Stop is closed
  • Operating pressures to 150 psi.
  • 316 stainless steel.
  • Valve may be ordered in bronze or 316 stainless steel.
  • 1/2", 3/4" or 1" process connections
  • Inlet connection 1/2" female all models.
  • Quill length up to 36" for 316 stainless steel.
  • An Optional Check Valve may be ordered.
  • The quill is made of 316 Stainless Steel.
  • Verify the seat chemical compatibility chart for selecting either an EPDM or Viton Seat.

Can the Stainless Steel Corporation Stop Valve be used with 93% Sulfuric Acid? The CS2-316 has D rating for 93% Sulfuric Acid. Stainless Steel should not be used when working with the acid at that concentration. Kynar is a better material choice.
