I recently purchased 14 gallons of Deionized Water and 12 were damaged in shipment and returned to the warehouse. Robin called me and let me know what happened and worked with me to get them resent to the correct address in time for my convention. I really appreciated all her work on this as the original shipping address had changed. Great Customer Service Robin!
