I called late in the day needing a same-day, overnight shipment and found the service and follow-up exceeded my expectations.  The shipment made it out as promised, a tracking number was e-mailed to me on the same afternoon, and the product arrived as expected.  I was a little nervous working with a new vendor for the first time on this critical, rush order, but now I know I'll use ChemWorld again in the future.
