This shipment came perfect. We have had a couple orders in the pasta that came damaged, but Chem World was quick to fix it and send out new ones asap! I'm not taking off stars for shipping errors since I feel that's not on them....that would be Fed Ex or UPS. The price here was the same as Amazon, BUT - the shipping is so much faster! AND...you will get amazing customer service if a bucket does come broken. The few issues I had were resolved perfectly & quickly. I will continue to order from Chem World & I recommend them to anyone! Being a purchaser, I appreciate good customer service - and theirs is great! :)
