I have been using this for 3 years now since I can't get what the wood burner mfg sold. This is product works better. I seem to have darn near zero calcium buildup in my strainer and heat exchangers. I wished I researched sooner because it would have saved me money and frustrating time. Spending more money for something that works is definitely worth it in the end. I heat my house and shop with my outside wood boiler/burner. If anyone aske what I use I will tell them in a heartbeat. In fact, I fired it up and going to add a quart or 2 to bring PH up. Thanks, Smitty
