We received great service and answers to our questions regarding packaging and shipping for this product.  We also asked how to monitor the dilution strength on an ongoing basis and was pointed to the Glycol Refractometer and it works fine.  The price for the Propylene Glycol is good in our estimation and much cheaper than the $5k we had to pay to repair our frozen heating system pipes in March.
